This is a fantastic waffle with great texture. Our Chef bumped the egg content to give them a good chew and a little more protein. Whether you want to add fresh berries to your waffles or go with the classic butter and maple syrup, these waffles will be fluffy and delicious. We like making a big batch and freezing them in individual servings for a quick breakfast during the week. Pop the frozen waffle into the toaster, which is ready in minutes. For this recipe, we used our new Panhandle Milling Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour. Our gluten-free all-purpose baking mix is made from the highest quality gluten-free flour and no bitter bean flour to ensure it’s nutritious and delicious.
