Adding a kiss of brandy extract gives the bars a delightful flavor and compliments the toasted walnuts. We use creamy milk chocolate chips but feel free to switch them out with dark chocolate chips or chunks. Don’t substitute margarine for the butter; the flavor won’t be the same. We hope they get you tons of secret files and mystery information, though you may find people’s mouths are so full of bars that they can’t answer any questions right up front.
